Tickets and ID

Admission is by advance reserved seat. Walk-up is not the standard model. Official tickets are sold only through kermesschicago.com or the official Kermess phone. Third-party and counterfeit tickets are not honored.

Premonitions Inc. is 21+. Bring valid ID. Family holiday programming and daytime brunch, when offered, are listed separately.

Sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the date and show listed. When possible, Kermess may offer an exchange as a courtesy, never fewer than seven days before the performance. If Kermess cancels, you may choose a refund or an exchange.

Arrival

Doors open 1 hour before curtain. Kermess Lounge is open 1 hour before and 1 hour after the show. The performance runs about 90 minutes. Allow about two hours from arrival to leaving.

Late entry may be held until a suitable break. Original seating is not guaranteed.

The room

Seats are reserved. Food and drinks are a la carte unless a package says they are included. Complimentary coat check is available for standard outerwear. Keep valuables with you.

Personal photos before and after the show are welcome where posted. No flash or recording during the performance unless the team invites you to. Smart casual or cocktail attire is encouraged.

Service animals and guide dogs only. Other animals are not permitted.

Access

Email info@kermesschicago.com at least 72 hours before your visit so we can support arrival and seating.

Groups and discounts

Checkout is 1 to 8 guests. That is the maximum you can buy on the site. For groups of 9 or more, email tickets@kermesschicago.com.

Student 10% off outer-ring tickets when available, with a valid student ID, through the box office. Military 10% when available, with a valid military ID, through the box office.

Location

32 W Randolph St, 14th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601. Enter through the Cambria Hotel Chicago Loop and take the last elevator to Floor 14.
