Use of the site
Tickets are sold only through kermesschicago.com or the official Kermess box office number. Third-party and counterfeit tickets are not honored. Do not scrape the site or misuse checkout.
Tickets and age
Premonitions Inc. is a 21+ circus-based comedy and cabaret in a Spiegeltent. You must be 21 or older with valid ID for Premonitions Inc. nights. Family holiday programming and daytime brunch, when offered, are listed separately. One purchaser name is attached to the order. We do not collect a name for every guest.
Prices
Prices and fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Food and drinks are sold separately unless a package says they are included.
Sales, exchanges, and cancellations
Sales are final. Checkout states that tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the date and show listed. When possible, Kermess may offer an exchange as a courtesy, never fewer than seven days before the performance. If Kermess cancels a performance, you may choose a refund or an exchange.

Late arrival, photos, dress, coat check, animals, and other venue rules are in the Venue & Tickets policy.
