Information you provide

When you buy tickets we collect email, name on card (the purchaser), optional phone, 21+ confirmation, and whether you asked for marketing email. When you contact us or join a list we may also collect your name, email, optional ZIP, and the details you send. We do not ask for a name for every guest on the order.

Information collected automatically

We use limited first-party interaction data to understand website use. When the corresponding provider controls are enabled, Google Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, click, and interaction information, and the Meta Pixel may measure visits and conversions. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on checkout. Square handles card and Apple Pay on checkout. Analytics and marketing measurement are enabled by default. We do not send your name, email address, or ZIP code to Google or Meta.

How we use information

• To fulfill ticket orders and send receipts.
• To answer box office, group, press, and private-event questions.
• To send optional marketing email only if you checked Email me about upcoming nights at Kermess.
• To measure the site.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your email address. We share information with service providers that help us operate the website, database, email, payments, bot checks, analytics, and advertising. These include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Square, Cloudflare, Google, and Meta. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Kermess, our guests, or others.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the instructions in an email or by contacting us. Use Privacy choices on this page to set Essential only, Analytics only, or Analytics + marketing. Browser cookie controls also apply, and you may use the controls offered by Google and Meta. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or use of your personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining consent and suppression records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Premonitions Inc. nights are 21+.
